Has anyone else been watching? I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this show. I kinda like how it doesn't follow the book fully either......thoughts?

Hey Star,
Been a HUUUUUUGE fan of the show since day dot. Haven't read any of the books but I plan to at a later date.  Charlaine Harris has been contracted to write more books in the series which
is great news! Looking forward to the werewolves in S3 - they had better be HOT, that's all I ask.
Lafayette is so frakkin' awesome!! I hope he gets his 'Zazz back soon! I used to be all about Bill, but S2 has made me hit the switch and now I'm all about Eric. Goddamn hot nekkid Eric... My thoughts onS2 Eric (plus pix!!) Otherwise, loving the show overall. I am a dirty V addict and proud! |

You know I was never so sure of Eric either......but now I just don't know. The man is HOT!! and sassy. I can't wait to see what S3 will look like
either, and am curious to how they are going to keep us hanging at the end of this season. I too am a big Lafayette fan and can't wait to see where his
story line will take him.

I read the books first, and when I heard they were coming out with a show I made sure to switch from Showtime to HBO for it. LOL. But now I have no cable
again, so I'm missing all the new episodes. So I just wait for them to come out on DVD.

I haven't read the books, but I did see the first season. When I bought the new house, decided to save some money by not getting cable, so I'll have
to wait till the second season comes out on DVD.

I like it, especially the soft core porn parts, but I got to admit, the build up for Sam would have been great, if he was a damn werewolf. But no, he turned
out to change into a dog, a lame dog. Come on. Yeah, yeah, use the excuse, "He's a shapeshifter, he can turn into anything." Well, he
doesn't, he turns into a dog. Blah. That's pretty much my only gripe.

I like the fact that he can change into anything but chooses a dog.
It suits him. Sam always came off to me as a careful, smart, and caring guy... and I don't see him as the type who would want to change into a big and scary werewolf. Changing into a dog is probably what he considers a safe and non-threatening form, yet useful form. Just maybe he could change into a more tougher 'kind' of dog? LOL |

Jassy & Scot - y'all need to be d/ling the crap outta S2. We are incredibly impatient souls and wait for NOTHING!
However, we now have to WAIT until June 2010 for S3 of True Blood. Thank goddess Supernatural is back on. Had a mild panic attack because I was gonna miss my quota of weekly perv material! Tragic... *goes away to perv on Eric some more* |
