at the moment I'm playing several games--Fallout 3, Fable 2, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7, Saints Row 2, and soon enough I'll be playing Gears of War
2, Left 4 Dead, and World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King
I game a LOT

I got Midnight game package for the DS, playing lots of Texas Hold 'Em... LOL! But on my PS2 I got FFXII and am loving it! Late night playing again, especially now that I have no more comp at home again. LOL! |

New games: Halo Wars and Resident Evil 5
Halo Wars is a really great, well balanced (might favor the humans just a tad--the spartan units are pretty leet) Real Time Strategy that works well because it was developed to be played on the console rather than trying to convert PC controls to a console. Great feel like Starcraft (UNSC=Terran, Covenant=Protoss, Flood=Zerg) and develops the story in a great way that connects the Halo Novels and the Games. Master Chief Makes no appearance, but the starship Pillar of Autumn makes a cameo. Resident Evil 5: Everything that was Great about RE4, nothing that was annoying. Slight Camera Issues but nothing that couldn't be fixed by a slight readjustment of character. Partner AI is surprisingly adept, not useless but not beating the game for you. Picks up where CG movie "Degeneration" leaves off. Enjoyable more lore-ridden (more recognizable characters) than RE4 and finally pieces together the whole story. A Must Play. |

I'm curious to know who finished "Origins"? I let the boy play and I swear he had it done in like, three 2-3 hr sittings. And it sucked LOL. Have RE5 for Xbox but I'm so in a hurry to get leveled on WoW that I don't play it much. Much as in, I bought the special edition on release day and I'm only on chap. 1-3 XO... Guess it's a Loc's life for me lol. |
