Ummm... nothing. I finished Breaking Dawn from the Twiglight series last weekend (which I think might have been my favorite because of the darkness)
I've been looking for some good fanfic until I find another book to sink my teeth into... |

Twilight
Had to give it a chance. So far, way better than the movie... but then again the books usually are. |

I just finished The Death Dealer (the title is decieving LOL) by Heather Graham. It wasn't bad, the 'who-done-it'? factor kept me going for more. I
have lots of readings in The Living Dead collection which includes short stories by Clive Barker, Stephen King, and Laurel K. Hamilton. They all have some type
of zombie/undead in them. There's like, 30-40 stories, I forget now.
I REFUSE to read the Twilight stuff. Not that I think it's BAD, or CRAPPY, just that it's very hard for me to wrap my mind around that teenaged "I'm-gonna-love-you-forever-even-though-I've-never-experienced-the-world-before-and-don't-know-who-or-what-else-is-out-there-yet!" phenomenon. |

Finished Harry Potter.... Now onto The Host by Stephanie Meyer. TOTALLY different than Twilight. So far it's pretty good.

I'm lost in Lora Leigh's books right now...bought 2 of her newer ones yesterday and I've already read 1, Nauti Intentions. I've got about 15
new books to read, and I'm going to decimate that pile of books later this week. I took off the 21st to the 26th. I'm not leaving the house unless I
absolutely, positively have to. And I mean life or death, it better be a tornado or something taking me to the emergency room or I aint going! SO
THERE!

LOL Okie, I'm so glad someone else gets it. Maybe I'm a little frustrated because I didn't have a teenage love LMAO.
Anyhow, I'm stuck on Charlaine Harris and the "dead" series (Sookie Stackhouse novels) as I call them. I haven't read Living Dead in Dallas yet, but I love how different her approach is to the supernatural worlds. I also love how every vampire isn't a cold-blooded fiend but when one comes along... it's bad lol. As for the men in them, Quinn was my favorite until Eric (how can I put this w/o spoiling anything...) started hanging out more. Yeeeahhh, that's the ticket. |

Was given a horror novel from Edward Lee, called Flesh Gothic.
Very disturbing but I finished the entire book in one night. Very good. |

Cathy J, I think they're the ones that have been turned into the TV Show (HBO I think) TRUE BLOOD. Totally hooked. Looooooove Lafayette!!! Ungh!
That book you're reading sounds interesting, Jassy. Currently making my way through The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. And not because Oprah loves it... allegedly. ;) |

It's kinda blah, but I'm determined to read it before I go see the musical. |

I'm very much into fantasy/ vampire books at the moment it seems. Some one suggested the Mortal Instruments Series by Cassandra Clare as it was a bit
older than the Twilight series and dealt more with demons and demon hunters ( and a few vampires and werewolves just for fun). I've read the first one
'City of Bones' and onto the second one 'City of Ashes'. I haven't really made up my mind about it yet.
I also read the first book from the Sookie Stackhouse series and will most definitely be reading the rest of them. Summer, you're right, they are the inspiration to the HBO series True Blood (and I say inspiration as I have seen the first season and read the first book and noticed a bunch of differences) |

I LOOOOOOOVE Pillars of the Earth
My brother gave it to me as a bday gift last year and I reread it every other month. I love long, detailed sagas like that, and it got me so interested in cathedrals I went to the Basilica here on Guam and spent hours just walking around it. |
